At Beauline Beauty, we are committed to delivering products in good condition and ensuring a seamless experience with every order.
All Sales Final
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed and delivered.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we may promptly assist you.
Kindly email contact@beaulinebeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and outer packaging
- A short video (optional, for quicker assessment)
Our team will carefully review your request and guide you through the next steps. Requests submitted beyond 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Eligibility for Review
To be considered, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the value of the item.
Store credit is processed within 3–5 business days and can be used toward any future purchase.
Return Shipping
If a return is required, shipping arrangements will be determined based on the nature of the issue. Detailed instructions will be provided upon approval.
Non-Returnable Items
In line with hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept claims for:
- Opened or used items
- Personal care products
- Requests submitted beyond the 24-hour reporting window
